CHEQUE PRINTING
THE CHEQUE-DAY GRIND
Writing payee, amount and the amount in words by hand, cheque after cheque, and hoping nobody misreads it.
Generic software that prints the payee across the bank's own boxes and spoils a sheet of stock.
Spoiled, voided and reprinted cheques that leave the stub book and the bank disagreeing.
Cheques nobody cashed, still sitting on the books six months later.
HOW IT WORKS
Pick your cheque stock layout and enter the next cheque number. Your account number is stored encrypted.
Print the test sheet on plain paper, hold it against a real cheque, and nudge it into place in millimetres.
Pick the payee, enter the amount and memo. The amount in words is written for you.
Print one cheque, or select a batch of up to 50 and print them in number order.

Company and user roles control who can create, who can approve and who can only look.
Every cheque stays in the register. Voids and reprints are recorded, never erased.
FAQ

Void it and reprint. The reprint takes the next cheque number and the void stays in the register, so your numbers always match the paper.
